2 hour Horse Riding tour from Reykjavik

Join us for a fantastic horse riding tour through the lava fields outside of the city of Reykjavik. We will either ride on a beautiful and smooth riding path along the Redhills or, for a group of more experienced riders, we will ride by Rauðarvatn. On both routes, you will enjoy natural riding paths and a wonderful setting for horseback riding where you will get to know the friendly Icelandic horse. Total tour duration is 2,5 hours,1,5-2 hours riding. for beginners and experienced riders.

Icelandic horses are well known for their spirited temperament as well as their large personalities but despite this they are very friendly and approachable, these horses that live in Iceland can all trace their heritage back to the original horses and ponies that the viking settlers brought with them.
